Easy High Protein Pancakes
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 scoops Premier Protein Powder of your choice
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 6 tbsp liquid—water, your favourite milk, or a Premier Protein Shake
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. Pour out small portions of batter onto a hot pan or griddle and cook both sides until golden.
- Add in fruit, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts to the batter, if desired.
