Easy High Protein Pancakes

Yield: Makes 10 Pancakes


  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 scoops Premier Protein Powder of your choice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 6 tbsp liquid—water, your favourite milk, or a Premier Protein Shake


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. Pour out small portions of batter onto a hot pan or griddle and cook both sides until golden.
  2. Add in fruit, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts to the batter, if desired.
