Ingredients
- 4 cups of long grain rice
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 4 cups of water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Premier Vanilla Protein Shake
Directions
- Add rice, cinnamon and water to a pitcher and soak overnight.
- Remove sticks & blend in blender.
- Strain into a large pitcher & add sugar, nutmeg and Premier Vanilla Protein Shake.
- Give it a whirl & drink!
