Protein Pancakes

  1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the shake, milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter into the griddle, using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
  3. Faire chauffer une plaque chauffante ou une poêle à frire à feu moyen-vif. Verser environ 60 ml (¼ tasse) de pâte sur la plaque pour chaque crêpe. Laisser dorer de chaque côté et les servir chaudes.
