- 1-2 cups tapioca pearls
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 Vanilla Premier Protein Shake
- 2 black tea bags
- Steep tea bags in one cup of hot water for about 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags, stir in honey, let cool.
- Cook tapioca pearls according to package.
- Add pearls, then ice, then tea, then protein shake to glass.
