Caramel Roasted Apple Crisp

Ingredients

Apple Mix

  • 5 cups apples (such as Pink Lady, Honeycrisp or Jazz)
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice Mix

Custard

Crumble

  • ⅓ cup Butter
  • 1 cup Oats
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 205C (400F) degrees.
  2. Peel and core apples, cut into 1-inch chunks. Toss with brown sugar and spice.
  3. Place into a casserole dish and bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Take out and let fully cool.
  4. In a bowl whisk eggs, flour and Caramel Premier Protein Shake together. Pour mix over cooled apple mix in casserole dish.
  5. Melt butter and pour over the other crumble ingredients in a bowl and mix. Evenly cover the top of apple custard mix.
  6. Bake at 205C (400F) for 25-30 minutes.
