Caramel Roasted Apple Crisp

Ingredients
Apple Mix
- 5 cups apples (such as Pink Lady, Honeycrisp or Jazz)
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice Mix
Custard
- 1 cup Caramel Premier Protein Shake
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Flour
Crumble
- ⅓ cup Butter
- 1 cup Oats
- ¼ cup Flour
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 205C (400F) degrees.
- Peel and core apples, cut into 1-inch chunks. Toss with brown sugar and spice.
- Place into a casserole dish and bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Take out and let fully cool.
- In a bowl whisk eggs, flour and Caramel Premier Protein Shake together. Pour mix over cooled apple mix in casserole dish.
- Melt butter and pour over the other crumble ingredients in a bowl and mix. Evenly cover the top of apple custard mix.
- Bake at 205C (400F) for 25-30 minutes.
