Ingredients

  • 1 Vanilla Premier Protein Shake
  • 2 Tbsp cheesecake fat free pudding mix
  • 1 tsp Molasses
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • Crushed gingerbread cookies, for topping

Directions

  1. Combine the Vanilla Premier Protein Shake and pudding mix, mixing until fully incorporated.
  2. Freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Put your frozen pint container into your ice cream maker and press the lite ice cream button.
  4. Use the re-spin setting 2x until smooth and creamy.
  5. Top with crushed gingerbread cookies.
