Ingredients
- 1 cup Premier Protein Chocolate Protein Shake
- 1 ½ cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew; can also use sunflower seed butter)
- 2–3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2–4 tbsp sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free sweetener, optional depending on shake sweetness)
- Toppings: crushed nuts, sea salt flakes, protein crisps, shredded coconut
Directions
- In a saucepan over low heat, warm the Premier Protein Chocolate Protein Shake until just steaming (don’t boil).
- Add chocolate chips, nut butter, and coconut oil to the warm shake. Stir continuously until everything is smooth and fully melted.
- Taste, then add sweetener and a pinch of salt if needed. Stir until incorporated.
- Line a small square dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture in, smoothing the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours (or freeze for 1 hour) until firm.
- Slice into squares. Store in fridge for up to a week, or freeze for longer.
