Ingredients

  • 1 cup Premier Protein Chocolate Protein Shake
  • 1 ½ cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew; can also use sunflower seed butter)
  • 2–3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2–4 tbsp sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free sweetener, optional depending on shake sweetness)
  • Toppings: crushed nuts, sea salt flakes, protein crisps, shredded coconut

Directions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, warm the Premier Protein Chocolate Protein Shake until just steaming (don’t boil).
  2. Add chocolate chips, nut butter, and coconut oil to the warm shake. Stir continuously until everything is smooth and fully melted.
  3. Taste, then add sweetener and a pinch of salt if needed. Stir until incorporated.
  4. Line a small square dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture in, smoothing the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours (or freeze for 1 hour) until firm.
  6. Slice into squares. Store in fridge for up to a week, or freeze for longer.
