Chocolate Pretzel Bites

Yield: 40 pretzel sandwiches



  1. Mix together peanut butter and protein powder.
  2. Sandwich ½ a tbsp of the mixture between two pretzels.
  3. In the microwave or on the stove, melt half of the chocolate chips. Remove from the heat and stir the rest.
  4. Dip the pretzel sandwiches halfway into the chocolate and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for 15-20 minutes to set.
