Protein Pudding

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Cafe Latte Shake
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Mix your dry ingredients into a medium sized saucepan then turn your heat on low.
  2. Add and mix in your wet ingredients and stir until thick and smooth. This will take about 10 minutes.
  3. Take your saucepan off the heat and stir in your vanilla extract.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and place in the fridge until chilled. Once chilled, add your choice of toppings and enjoy!
