Peak Performance Peanut Butter Cookies

Yield: Makes approximately 24 cookies


  • 2 scoop of Premier Protein® Vanilla Powder
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Lightly coat tray with Pam baking spray
  3. Place ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix together
  4. Scoop 3 tablespoons of dough and roll into a ball, then flatten. Place on cookie sheet and re-peat.
  5. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until cookies are golden brown
  6. Let cool for 15 minutes to let the cookies harden
